There were issues getting windows built and delivered. The screens were substandard that the company tried to deliver and install, because the screens we ordered are still on backorder. Overall, I was happy with the installation process.
I do HIGHLY recommend the Champion Windows! Excellent product, energy and cost efficient, beautiful, 5 star worthy!!! Danny was a great representative. Our old wood windows were a disaster from being cheaply made and basically poorly installed when we built our home. I am deducting 1 star due to the preliminary measurement staff, NOT the product.
