All the people I dealt with were prompt to respond, professional and knowledgeable. The sales pitch was very thorough and gave a good idea of the quality of the windows. The installer did an exceptional job and was very experienced so I don't feel I have anything to worry about going wrong with the windows. If I do, I am confident I will be treated well. I am excited about the ease of opening and washing the new windows!
The installers were great, there was some miscommunication when they came out to install the widows two of the windows were on the second floor, they did not have the equipment they needed to install those windows. We had to wait a month and a half to get those windows installed. During this time I had to make 3 calls into the office. It was just frustrating. I was not getting a response from my calls and messages I left, so I ended up emailing them, after that I had no issues with being able to communicate with them.
Our installation crew did an excellent job. They were prompt, efficient, and the windows look much better than we expected.
