I thought the estimate process and discussion with the design representative was very informative. The installation process was very easy.
All the people I dealt with were prompt to respond, professional and knowledgeable. The sales pitch was very thorough and gave a good idea of the quality of the windows. The installer did an exceptional job and was very experienced so I don't feel I have anything to worry about going wrong with the windows. If I do, I am confident I will be treated well. I am excited about the ease of opening and washing the new windows!
