You cannot expect everything to go perfectly the first time. I think to expect perfection right off the bat and everything done perfectly without any hiccups is unrealistic. The crew, you felt like they cared about what they were doing, and if and when it needed correcting they did not have a problem with that. They were not sullen or defensive. They were just very professional.
