The first crew that came out said the basement windows had been mismeasured. Caused a delay and was not true. Didn’t clean up after either.
I was kept informed during the entire time from start to finish.

A matter of overall cost. It was more than double what I paid 10 years ago at our other home. I know nothing gets cheaper, but I had hoped it would be less. I must say that I do love the new look and the windows appear for now to be efficient as promised.
The installer was excellent and did an amazing job. He cleaned up the site perfectly when he was finished.
They were very professional and did a great job on my new windows process.
Everyone from sales to installation have been helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful.
