The installer Shane was a one man crew. He knew his craft very well. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Almost everything we had was Champion. There were a couple of windows that were not Champion. The sunroom we had was 20 years old. Because of the customer service, we had previously experienced with Champion on our already installed products was one of the reasons we continued and maintained the Champion name. We appreciate that the salesman was not pushy and answered all our questions. The timeline is reasonable. The door is GORGEOUS! We've never had this much glass in a front door before and are very happy with the design and the security glass aspect. We are also SO happy that we were able to get decorative/security glass HALF sidelights, which was a challenge in our door space. The installation crew did an excellent job on the day of.
It was a very well executed job. As far as the product itself and who put it in, I don't think it could have been done any better.
