There were a lot of communication issues. Scheduling and rescheduling. And a huge delay in our shaped windows coming in with no communication about that as well. I called the corporate office twice and the machine said someone would get back to me within eight hours and no one ever called either time. I think that’s really poor form to leave a message and not get any response. There were other issues above and beyond that with the installation.
