I have had Champion Windows do work for me before. They are an outstanding company to deal with. Champion had enough roofing crew members to finish the roofing project in one day. I am impressed with how efficiently they work and clean up. I was so glad that my roofing project started and finished ahead of schedule. Three of my neighbors also replaced their roofs recently. We are very satisfied with Champion Windows of Louisville. The guys are very professional. We were out of town on vacation when they did the work and I was hesitant about letting them do it while we were gone, but they did everything perfectly. I wanted to salvage some of the railing and they did that. They did a fantastic job. Even the electrician who came in amazed me. He did the job in half the time anybody else would have done it.

The team from Champion was on time, and they had all the equipment they needed. They were quick, and I asked if I could watch them work, and they let me. I asked them questions, and they adjusted the window so the air conditioning unit would work just fine in the window. They did all the windows in one day, and that was amazing. They showed me how to operate them and did an overall fantastic job.

The Champion WIndows crews are professional, helpful and provide excellent installation in a timely manner. If there are any problems later--I called 3 years after installation when a lock failed--they immediately come out and fix it. They also put in my sunroom, and built the appropriate foundation to support the structure (some companies don't do this). It's a wonderful space that I now use year round.

We are very well pleased with the service. Our windows have already saved us on our heating and cooling bills. We like that with the tint, people can not see into our house as easily and the window tint keeps the bright sun from glaring in so much. We would recommend Champion Windows to anyone.
