Initial communication w/ salesman was fantastic! Communication with installer was fantastic! Follow up communication on timeline of additional replacement windows and screens...not good.
I felt like keeping the customer informed was lacking. We had to constantly called them to find out what was going on.
They have always done me well and performed good work.
