First of all, we LOVE our window and siding. Mr. Hammond did an excellent job showing us the available products, telling us what would best fit our needs and budget, and then getting us a fair price. However, once it was out of Mr. Hammond's hands, it was a total disaster. The production of the window was extremely slow, and the ability to schedule workers was even harder. I have all Champion replacement widows in our house. They are made extremely well and their warranty is excellent. I will always recommend to all of my friends that are looking for replacement windows this product.
The guy was very, very, polite and courteous, and the job was very well done.
