I am impressed with the quality of the windows. Even though the windows come from a manufacturer the installers got it done quickly. I appreciated that they cleaned up and took the old windows off.
I felt that the men that came to my home treated my home with great respect, they wouldn't do anything without asking my permission first. They were very quick, decent, clean, and were wonderful people to have work on your home. They followed through with everything the salesperson said they would. Mike, the district manager responded quickly anytime I had a problem, and corrected it immediately. I feel they're there to service the people first, and if I have a problem in the future, they would be there for me.
We had a good experience working with Champion Windows of Macon. They provided high quality workmanship, and everything was done as agreed upon.
They did a great job and my windows look fantastic.
The colors matched almost perfectly to the color of paint we had on our house. I believe it helps on our electric bill with the extra insulation.
