They did a great job. The windows are perfect. One window has been cracked since three days after the the installation. I've called and the lady said that it would be eight weeks.
I'm very embarrassed to tell people how much I had to pay for these windows. I love my windows and the whole experience of installation was very smooth but I feel I paid too much. They don't explain how they come up with the initial price, which is huge and then they act like they can give you all these deals to bring the price down. Then they pressure you to make your mind up right away or the price goes up once they leave your house. Sales rep was able to convince us that Champion could provide the windows we needed. It was a little above our budget but new it would pay off in the long run to get these better windows. The Installation Team showed early and tackled two complicated replacements as the half moon windows above each were not being replaced. They pressed through the complications and did an excellent job with the installations. And they left the areas, inside and out, cleaned up very well. Everything was done to our satisfaction.
