The quality of the actual windows was great but the customer service and the steps that you take for scheduling and receiving feedback from the company during the waiting period to get the windows installed was not good. I was on the phone for 25-30 minutes at a time only to be hung up on when connected. The communication with the company is absolutely the worst.
The installer was excellent but the salesperson promised one thing and I didn’t get it but that’s my fault for listening and leaving before everything was signed

I am very pleased with my Champion enclosure. It is very comfortable. My purpose in changing from a screened-in porch to an enclosure was cleanliness. I believe I will accomplish this with the enclosed room.
