They're wonderful folks to deal with from the first person I spoke to, to the last person I spoke.
The windows are superior to anything Home Depot, Lowe's, or Window World has to offer.
We did not receive a clear explanation of what to expect from the building. We were not aware of the options of the 4 inch and 6 inch rooms until after the construction had been completed. When we asked if the screws were going to be covered, then we were told we had a four inch room and the bolts would only be covered in a 6 inch room. We would like to have known the difference in the rooms before we started the build.
I would give a ten!
It was a wonderful experience. They did a good job. I thank god that they showed up and did a good job. It was a blessing. They were very, very nice.
