There were 14 windows, 2 of them came in 10 in too long. The factory wrote down the wrong size. Champion Windows reordered the windows, and I was given a little discount and now I'm satisfied. I am a previous owner of Champion Windows in my old house and they were flawless.
Champion Windows has a top notch crew who are very efficient. Once they were done and left it was almost like they were never there. They cleaned up so well. They knew how to install the very large windows.
I was overall satisfied with the job completed and the installation technician was outstanding.
I have already noticed a difference in the temperature of my house, but only time will tell the overall energy efficiency.
Our installer, Al Aguilar, who installed our windows was very professional and did a very good job.
They did an excellent job. I love my room. The installer, the work manager, and Brandon Fields were all excellent.
