I was really impressed with the person who did the installation. He told me he would take his time and not rush so he would do it right the first time. From Tom, the salesperson, to the measurement person, to the person who called me to set up a scheduling time, and to the installer, the communication was professional, smooth and they gave me a quality product.

I'm highly satisfied with the quality of the product and their promptness. They said it would take 8 weeks, and they were done in 8 weeks. They called for an appointment to schedule the installation and were here on time. They told me 8 o'clock and they were here at 8 o'clock. When they were done you couldn't find a speck of dust. They cleaned up after themselves. They took it all with them.

I am very pleased with the windows I purchased from Champion. They look really good and they improve the overall look of my home. Since the installation, the windows have significantly lowered my utility bill.

Champion fell short with their follow-up, which is nonexistent. On both of my projects, I had a lot of questions because the salesman did not show me the product. I had to ask him what it looks like and how it performs. There was no description of the product. When they left, I thought they had put my canopy it on backwards, and I was concerned how the snow would get off of it. They did not explain how it works until after I made a complaint. Champion Windows provides great quality, service, installation and has A1 building materials. The work was done in a timely fashion, and I am completely satisfied with their warranty and guarantees. We worked with Dana Andrews and he is an excellent representative of Champion Windows.
