The customer service and the sales pitch were excellent! It was very informative and professional. I did not appreciate was the add-on yes program, which completely took me by surprise. It was unexpected and I did not appreciate the approach you took on that, it put me in a very difficult situation. I ended up going with Champions because of the workmanship. They were local and made in the USA. And all the other features that are beneficial for my house situation.
We still have a couple of windows to change over and can’t wait to complete the job at a later date. We have recommended to friends and family members and showed of the finish project.
The quality of the windows is excellent. I appreciate that there is a lifetime warranty on them. The windows came in earlier than expected, but it took multiple trips out to our house for one of the windows to be properly installed. In the end it was all taken care of.
