While I understand there were problems with shipping around the world, I thought they could have communicated the resulting delay instead of just ignoring it.

Windows appear good quality. Frustrations on the lack of materials and mis-measuring of windows. Two major windows were measured wrong size so had to re-order that took another 6 weeks to install after the initial 6+ weeks. Then the install guys needed to use a different wrapping since warehouse didn’t have any. They also used mismatch molding for a large window because of a mid-measurement so settled and windows have different trim work on inside. Unfortunately, a 2-day job that was explained by the Sales Representative, turned into 2-weeks on the installation of the windows, finally did get finished. Even though things happened, we are pleased with the windows.
