Jay, John, & Ethan were friendly, courteous, efficient, & knowledgeable with the product. When Cincinnati designed our sunroom with the wrong door, Jay was prompt on getting us the correct door & windows as per our contract. We definitely appreciated the guys’ efforts every day. If there is a flaw, we have yet to discover it. Way to go everyone!! We enjoy our sunroom nearly everyday.

Bernard Saffold was pleasant, personable, and I liked him. I wasn’t happy with Vlad who controlled the sale,showed no flexibility in the final price. I felt that since I had 12 Champion windows and needed to have the final three replaced, he recognized that I would want to have all Champion windows and he used this to his advantage. My prior purchase was for 3 living room windows last December and cost me $1,425, yet my 2 kitchen windows and a dining room window cost $2,750 even though smaller windows were involved.
