Really enjoyed out experience with Champion Windows! Very satisfied with the overall experience. Only issue is that the border that they installed around the inside of the window did not quite line up correctly; felt like they just "ran out of time" to do it right at the end.From the outside, the window looks great and the cleanup was flawless. Would recommend Champion Windows to all our friends and family.
I have had champion windows before and I am satisfied. They do a good job. The only problem I had was with the salesperson but Julie resolved that for me.
I would just simply say that Champion's windows, so far, seem to be working out well. They seem to be more durable and more dense than some other windows we saw. Also, they are an ethical company. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. I would recommend them.
Jay, John, & Ethan were friendly, courteous, efficient, & knowledgeable with the product. When Cincinnati designed our sunroom with the wrong door, Jay was prompt on getting us the correct door & windows as per our contract. We definitely appreciated the guys’ efforts every day. If there is a flaw, we have yet to discover it. Way to go everyone!! We enjoy our sunroom nearly everyday.
