The things that they source out make it difficult to get through to the people that know what they're doing. We had windows put in, in 2 different houses at 2 different times. One developed a stress fracture within a week after it was put in. 2 days later my husband said that it developed a large crack on the outside that grew overnight. I called and I was told that they would be making a replacement and someone would be out a week or two later.
