Personnel have obviously been overwhelmed this spring. Pat was unable to provide a formal quote because he ran out of forms. We were not contacted when our materials had arrived so that installation could be scheduled. I had to call Champion when it had been 8 weeks. I thought we were supposed to receive a phone call 30 minutes before installers show up but that doesn't always happen. The windows should really be cleaned before the installers leave.
