I've had Champion windows for 15 years, and this was the last set that I had to put in. When the window seals broke, they came back and replaced them quickly without any questions asked. It was like I got a whole new set of windows. They said they'd do that for as many years as I was in the home. I'm very happy with their dealing with issues. That's why I spent more money and went with Champion.
