Brian did an excellent job. The installation went well, the windows look great.
The guys that came out did a good job and kept things clean. The windows are great. I was happy all around.
We were not able to go with the original price offered. That said, they worked with us to have an installation that we could afford. They did not have the right color of trim with them on installation day. However, they promptly got it and finished the installation. Sometimes the way to judge a company is by the way they handle a mistake. They did this well. So far we are happy with our choice.
The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. The original installers didn't do a great job but a service person came out fixed it and we're totally happy.
