I have used them twice and I was very happy with them on both occasions.
The installers did a very good job installing my windows and sliding doors.
The product is great, but beware of the installation. I had multiple windows that were installed which were damaged. Getting Champion to replace the damaged windows was not easy. It was very time consuming, and months later, I am still waiting. Poor communication on Champion's part, but the product is great.
