Great windows so far. Seller was knowledgeable on the product. Seller was about 15 minutes late. Great at answering questions while wait for the windows to be built. Installers very professional. Still finding pieces from the work they did. Wood finish that was installed is just bare wood. So for paying a lot of money i still have to paint.
When Mike was the head guy, i think that the whole team worked very well together. I would stop and ask questions and they answered all my questions and then some.
