Very professional, informative, courteous and efficient at doing their installation job.Please extend my gratitude to the install team even during inclement weather while installing the product they manage to represent your company very well and at the same time delighted the customer, I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend Champion Windows when opportunity arises.
Customer service sucks, from no call no show from the factory representative to the rude installation manager. Installation crews are professional, clean and timely. I love the 4 windows I purchased but I'm very unsatisfied with a garage door I purchased as well. 2 weeks after being installed my door is caved in the middle requiring me to get another one and Champions isn't covering the replacement at all. I give them a 1 star rating I couldn't manually change it I do not give them a 3 star rating.
Overall a great experience.
