All of the people at Champion were professional, respectful, and made me feel like they cared about our satisfaction. I can't say enough good things about them. They were really great. I am very happy with the windows. I am very excited that they are in.
The people sold you the windows, got the money and you never heard from them. I had to make all the calls. The upfront people were terrible and the communication. The installer was great.
