We were very satisfied with our installers but not so much with our PTAC unit. It should not have been sold to us. Very loud where we could not listen to tv or make a phone call. We tried to get it uninstalled with some money back to help with this. Nothing! We lost around 5k for the PTAC unit and Champion charged us over 2k to take it out. Not good.

Absolutely great. Everything went smooth and with no problems. I was impressed with the crew, they replace all ten of our windows in less than a day.
