Great product but poor communication. I had to call to find out what was going on throughout the entire project after our sales rep left the company (one month into the project). Project took much longer than originally promised. A couple of the windows were ordered incorrectly and the wrong door was ordered which caused a delay of an additional 5 weeks. The installers were knowledgeable but came out several times without the necessary materials to complete part of the project. It was an extremely frustrating experience.
