I am very pleased with my Champion window replacement experience. My windows arrived ahead of schedule and were installed without any delays or problems. The installers had to remove the window shutters and were kind enough to install the new one we had already purchased. All of my blinds, curtains etc. that had to be removed were reinstalled to the same position prior to the windows being removed and replace. The windows are beautiful. Ps. I no longer have to wonder if we will be able to open our windows in case of a fire.
The windows that Champion Windows installed are awesome! I can't speak highly enough about the installation crew; they were fabulous! I would recommend Champion Windows of Richmond to anybody in the market for new windows!
They were very professional and we love the windows! When I'm ready to do the upstairs, I will call them again.
Very good experience with the two doors I purchased - external side door and patio door. While the doors took a bit longer to come in, Champion continued to keep me informed and did they best they could to move things along. The end products look wonderful and the day-of installation was relatively quick and professional. Highly recommend.
I finally found a company to do what I wanted them to do! I'm satisfied with the job!
