I am an extremely picky consumer, and I am very pleased with Champion Windows. I feel like I got the best available product on the market, and I don't have to worry about it ever again because of their impressive lifetime warranty, not just on the product, but the workmanship as well.
I had no problems whatsoever with Champion Windows of Salt Lake City.
I knew I needed windows to replace the 1978 vintage aluminum framed windows, but there were so many options to choose from. A friend from work recommended them, and I had Brian and Robert come out at separate times to show me their windows. At the same time, I ordered another window from a competitor. When they were installed, I compared the windows and Champions were of better quality and workmanship than the other company, hands down.
It was not done to my satisfaction. They did not do what I paid them to do.
