I had to call and call to get an installation scheduled, glass left all over my patio after install, bent screen and hardware. No follow up on the bent items, I am guessing I will need to harass them to get it fixed which I really don't have time for. Completely over priced. I had a new sliding door with a dog door installed, the dog door is a hale pet door which I love but go with another company and save yourself half the cost I paid.
I am very happy with them.
Champion Windows was very professional. They kept all their promises. The installation was very professionally done and I am completely satisfied.
