Overall, from the sales viewpoint, they were very clear and explained the materials that they used and that gave me some understanding why their price was higher. They were very responsive and they actually suggested the idea to hold back the part of the payment until everything was to my satisfaction.

I saw a unique product in the Sunday paper and called. I was very very very satisfied with the salesperson. I liked the way he conducted himself. He was very genuine, explained everything completely and not pushy at all. The crew was punctual, clean and respectful. I now have such good quality windows and I've received many compliments.
