The windows are beautiful and the installation crew did a fantastic job. My disappointment with my experience was with my salesman. He canceled our second appointment after I waited for close to an hour. This was after he said he was on his way. I understand that things happen but it was very frustrating for me to take time off work and then have such a last minute cancellation. From the salesman to the installation crew, all have been great. And I have noticed that my bedroom is now warmer than before. I'm very pleased with Champion Windows.
