Everything was good. They were very professional. Eric has a pretty easy job with us because we knew we were going with Champion Windows. My mom is 95, and we were taking care of both her home and our own, so it made sense. We knew about them already, and what we were going to get.
The windows look good and we were happy with the end product.
Champion does offer a quality product but as after any installation, it should be questioned, monitored and any concerns should be addressed immediately.
I am extremely satisfied with the product and the professionalism of the people. Everything went very smooth.
