Jared is who I spoke with, and he was excellent. The installer was also really excellent. Both gentlemen were awesome, but especially the installer. He was respectful and clean. You wouldn't even know he was working. He came there every day and worked, but when I got home there was nothing out of place. There wasn't even a scrap on the ground.

Upon completion of the project, there were 4-5 corrections that needed to be made. A screen had a hole in it and there wasn't a handle on one of the sliders. My tenant had to dig her fingernails in to figure out how to open it. If they didn't have the part they should have notified us; instead, I had to complain.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Champion – once for my roof with lots of issues like leaks and this time for my window and door which also ended up having issues such as rotting. Both times they did absolutely wonderfully and stuck to the price. They were able to fix up all the issues which they found and install great products. They are not just a cookie-cutter organization; you can count on them for tricky issues and in out-of-the-way locations.
