It was easy to get an appointment and the end result was a quality door and install. I had previously been working with Lowes and after several major missteps on their part, I opted to find another vendor - Champion Windows of Seattle. I'm not a big fan of the old fashioned salesman coming to your home and pitching a sale, but it was way less painful than the Lowes experience. If it wasn't for the installer and the quality of work he did, I would have rated them a lot lower. They didn't come close to starting when they said. Didn't keep me informed at all. I, at times, had to be the contractor between Champion and their subs. Frustrating at times.

Deb Taylor is awesome! She was great to work with and bent over backwards for us to make the project work for us and suited to our home! I would totally recommend her to anyone looking to get new windows!

Champion paid attention to not only the windows, but also to the surrounding area. They had made a note in advance of my dedicated plug they were not to use, and everyone was very careful to steer around it and use something else. They listened, paid attention, and did it right. I am very thankful.
