The Champion people were all very good to work with from the sales representative to the installers and office staff. The Champion windows are a huge improvement over the thermopane metal framed windows that they replaced - they are noticeably quieter and keep the heat where it is supposed to stay. Our deck gets very hot and the heat transferred through the old windows, the Champion windows do not transfer the heat to the inside.
