I am so impressed with Champion Windows, that after my 1st bad experience with ANOTHER company, I hired Champion for the next job. I have hired them FOUR TIMES AFTER THAT! Can't thank Jim and the team for all their hard work enough. They made sure I was happy with the job at all times!
The sales representative and installation crew were very efficient and professional. However, though polite, the office staff did not call me to schedule installation until I called my sales representative about it and did not provide me with my final invoice until a month and a half after my final payment and upon my 4th request.
I would definitely recommend them, and I have been a satisfied customer for the last ten years.
I can't say that I'd recommend or not recommend Champion. The salesperson, Jim, was good, nice and knowledgable. If everything had continued the way he was, then I would.
