I feel like we were a bit misled. I went into the meeting wanting windows that would block a good amount of the airport noise and I don't feel like we got that. I had asked for windows that had a high noise rating (a recommendation from the Port of Seattle rep.)and he said he didn't know what that was, but that the windows he recommended were just as good. I won't know if that is true since I don't have the money to replace the windows again to ones that are actually rated for noise prevention.

Any issues they addressed with us and were courteous and helpful. They answered any questions we had with great follow up with us.
