The job ended well. The painter came in, textured and painted the walls very nicely. My frustration was that while our walls looked ruined, no-one would say "Of course, we'll take care of it, it was our mistake, we'll make it right".That would have eased my mind a great deal.
We recently had 9 windows replaced. Jim was straightforward and easy to work with as our salesperson. The service and quality has been good so far; however, it might be too early to comment on this right now as it will take time to test out the windows to see how it lasts.
