- Critical measures did not get the required information for city permit even when the deck was open and accessible. They later charged customer for opening and closing the ceiling of the garage. - They promised that the project would be done before rainy season started in November but they started the project when we had the heaviest rain in Seattle in January. - Work site was safety hazard. Windows were installed poorly. Two had to be reinstalled. Outside caulking was a mess. Siding was split and ruined. Inside --my stained window sills had to be refinished--sanded down, pre stained, stained, acrylic finished by me. Still working on it after 2 weeks. Outside window shutters had to be redone. One of the installers stood in my Corian sink. I could go on. They did come out and fix the outside mistakes. I now have painting to do this summer to match where they had touched up.
