The wait time was short considering other companies had up to 6 months lead time. The communication was so so, it could have been better for each step of the process. The employees all very kind. The installers were exceptional, didn't leave any mess inside the house and very very minimal outside. The windows are standard, nothing fancy about them, but they seem very nice.
