The entire process from the salesperson's visit to the installation and communications with the front office were professional and efficient. We got other bids, but Champion was the only company that could install the windows this summer because they have their own factory making the windows, which made all the difference. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I like the way the windows look, but one of the vent latches is installed in the opposite direction of the other vent latches, so it can't prop open the window. In retrospect, although the salesperson did a good job, I didn't like the high pressure sales tactics of the company (saying a deal was only valid if you acted right away). If you have a good service, you should allow comparisons and give customers a chance to think things over, and they will be more likely to choose your company anyway.
