The person came out and was very professional. They had it installed, and it was very excellent. We have people commenting on how well it looks.
The doors are great. The people involved with each step were professional (home show salesperson, in home salesperson, measurements, and installation). The quality of the install was disappointing. There were gaps on each side of the door that we had to fill with caulk and then paint to make it look decent.
