The windows are high quality and the customer service was great.
I know we are in COVID times but the communication on our siding has been lacking. I have to reach out for an update. Last update was siding shipping end nov/first week of December. No call to update and we are going into 2nd week of December now. Would be nice to have proactive communication rather than having to track down an update ourselves each time.
