Received this survey before windows were installed so I waited to complete it until now. At first look, the windows are wonderful as sold to us. After a few days and use we had a few concerns. We did not get instructions how to remove and install screens and we found other items. First not all cranks work easily, some of the screens are loose fitting and the seams don't all meet nicely. For the cost, we were surprised. We have called and they are coming out to look,
The windows look great and they are very willing to help with any resolutions.
I am very very satisfied with Champion. We have used them in the past.
The workman was very courteous, helpful, and did an excellent job. I want the same installer for my next job. I am very satisfied with everything.
