They were very efficient and thorough. I had a minor problem that was not their problem and they immediately responded and corrected it. Just before they started the construction I got a coupon in the mail that said I could get 20% off, but I could never get ahold of the salesperson to see if I qualified for that.
The installation guys were very polite. The job was done very fast. The only problem we ran into was that we wanted the door to open from left to right but it was opposite. This however was fixed within an hour.
