The salesman Steve was not completely famillier with the building process. The building process to way to long as the crew only worked 2hr a day.Terry, the head of the crews, was wonderful to get things back on track and personally came to complete and make sure things were done correctly as the crew left a unfinished project.
We love our new Champion windows. The workmanship is top of the line, and we have done comparison shopping with other brands. The installation was fast and completed on time and we started using our new windows immediately. We have and will continue to refer others to consider Champion for their replacement windows.
I was very pleased. I do not think anything could be done better.
