The installers were awesome and very nice. They did a very good job and cleaned up after themselves. I did not have any problems with the company at all, they were excellent.
The installers, Isalah and Tom, did exceptional work. They were courteous, professional and I am pleased with my windows. The sales rep was friendly when he arrived but when I told him that I needed to think about my purchase, his demeanor changed. He said that he didn't like to waste his time, he was very busy and had no time to come back. Not the same man that entered my home. I felt pressured and was very disappointed. I only purchased the windows because I was impressed with the product.
They were very good to do business with.
