About a month after they were installed, I had a crack develop in one of the windows. It is in the process of being resolved, so it is okay.
The gentlemen came in and were on time and very courteous. They were very professional and clean. They did not disrupt the household in any way. Their professionalism, courtesy and demeanor was very top notch. I was very pleased with them.
