I am more than pleased with my new windows, the rep Barry Seelig and with the installers. They cleaned up so well, you would not know they had been there!
First installation crew did poor and shoddy work. Windows were damaged from supplier and had to be reordered and reinstalled. Having said this, Champion stood behind their commitment and the second crew did quality work. Champion was courteous at all times, didn't make excuses for the poor quality workmanship, stepped up and came through in the end.
I can't say enough good things about the crew chief Eddie Wilson and his staff. Mine was not an easy job because of the height of the rooms and the outside hill. It was very hot on the days they installed my windows but they worked steadily.
